True Slavery is Poetry

A TRUE SLAVE

A true slave is indeed a special creature. She embodies extremes. She is strong in her commitment, and yet she easily bends to do her Master's bidding. She is passionate in her heart, yet she is obedient and docile at His slightest word. She serves her Master with all her heart, and in this she finds contentment. She is not of this earth, and yet she is so earthy that she revels in being trod on like the earth beneath her Master's feet.

As a woman she craves to be a slave. As a slave she craves to be bound to her Master by both His desire for her and His power over her. She knows how much she needs him: she requires a Master in order to be a slave. She respects her Master above other men because He has subdued her and keeps her in submission. Ropes, chains, rules, punishments ... they are all symbols of His Mastery. Even more, she respects that He does not allow her the freedom to rebel or escape. His Mastery is complete, because it is both internal within her, and external, surrounding her. She wears the symbols of her status of slave proudly and defiantly. They are symbols of His victory over her; they are symbols of her love and of her life.

A true slave looks into her Master's eyes for approval. She has turned her back on the world around her. Indeed, the world outside is an arena in which she can prove her slavery. After each test, each foray, she looks to Him, proud of her defiance of social convention, proud of her proof of His ownership, proud of belonging even more to Him. A true slave finds happiness in proving that she truly does belong to Him -- and she never stops trying.

Here is a haiku I have written to give just a glimpse of the true slave as seen through the Master's eyes:

Deep blue pools, calm eyes,
carefully my slave serves me
a sweet, mysterious smile.

A TRUE MASTER

A true Master is the natural complement to the true slave. He views a slave as a part of Himself, a part of His household, and His personal possession. He has a profoundly deep understanding that she is not an ordinary woman, and He will not treat her as such.

The true Master knows the value of a slave is determined by how fully He can enslave her. The more fully she is enslaved, the more she can express the depth of her commitment to Him. This, then, is His ultimate goal -- to put a slave through training so that she may not only learn to please Him through her service, but also to show Him the quality of her slavish, obedient love.

The true Master views ownership of her more akin to a trusteeship from God, and He is deeply grateful for the gift of her. Although she is valuable, yet He cannot help but feel a tinge of contempt for her slavishness, her weakness. She is at once both more valuable than other women, and yet less. Her flaw is what makes her worth so much, and like a craftsman, a true Master knows how to exploit it. He understands the need for pervasive and unrelenting domination and indoctrination. He understands the need to show her the poetry of her existence. He understands her fragility is like that of a butterfly imprisoned in His hands.

A true slave will become His creation, His work of Art. A slave's body and obedience give Him a chance to carve a sculpture from living flesh. He adorns her body with decorations and markings for Sensuality, Art, and Mastery. He will not rest until He has shown that her body belongs to Him. He will not rest until He has satisfied Himself with the depth of her slavish dependence on Him.

The true Master has a complimentary flaw to His slave's. He craves to truly possess this magical creature -- a task which is inherently as impossible as it is for her to completely belong to Him -- yet He will not cease trying.

Here is a haiku I have written to give just a glimpse of the true Master as seen through a slave's eyes:

God smiles, pleased with her
creation; her Master smiles, too,
in anticipation.

TRUE SLAVERY IS POETRY

True slavery requires true Mastery, for one is the mirror for the other. Dominance is a dance they dance to the rhythm of addictive possession. For them, their wicked temptations cannot be denied, and their lusts to dominate and submit are their shared virtue. Obedience for them is proof of love and power. Punishment is a celebration of the sanctity of their union. They share a dream and make it their reality. Together they are the two opposite sides of the same golden coin.

Poetry is lyrical. Poetry is subtle. Poetry plays with ideas and images. Poetry is an artform. Is not a true slave a creation made by her Master? Is not a Master only real in the eyes of His slave?

Thus true slavery is not only an addiction, it is also an art. How a Master enslaves His woman is artistry. How a slave serves her Master is artistry. Together, Master and slave live their art. Is not true slavery a poem in life?

She gives herself
lusting for Love; He enslaves her
with His whips and chains.
